Pair offramed vintage Japanese woodblock prints by artist Sanzo Wada (1883–1967) from his series "Occupations of Shōwa Japan in Pictures" (Shōwa shokugyō絵尽).
Wood block #1: Titled "Coal Vendor" (or "Charcoal Seller"), depicting a merchant preparing charcoal logs.
Wood block #2: This scene depicts figures on a bridge, part of the same occupational series highlighting changing trades in 20th-century Japan.
These specific prints are post-war editions published by Kyoto Hangain, design originally issued between 1939-1941.
