A hand-thrown American studio ceramic vase from the mid-century period. The body features a marbled clay composition in soft pinks, rich magenta, and pale yellow, reminiscent of a sunset palette. Natural iron deposits come through the surface, adding depth and texture. The top is finished in a contrasting black glaze with a more matte appearance. Signed by the artist on the underside.
A sculptural, well-balanced piece that fits seamlessly into Mid-Century Modern, organic modern, and postmodern interiors.
