An exceptional Jonathan Charles Fine Furniture “Huntingdon” extending dining table, crafted from solid acacia wood with a medium figured walnut antique-distressed finish. This is a substantial, heirloom-quality piece featuring a double pedestal trestle base, thick stretcher, and two self-storing extension leaves, allowing seating for up to 12 guests when fully extended.
The Huntingdon collection is known for its traditional European proportions, weight, and craftsmanship. This table presents beautifully, is structurally sound, and has been carefully maintained. Any surface character is consistent with the original intentional distressing.
Originally purchased in 2012 from ABC Home in New York with an MSRP in the ~$14,000 range. Comparable current retail listings exceed $11,000.
