Satori Gregorakis (b. Long Island, N.Y., 1943-)
Satori dedicated to the pursuit of beauty through the exploration and development of new ideas. His work is deeply influenced by the challenges of painting within the tradition of the old masters, shaped by his experience as an art restorer. At the heart of his process is the careful, deliberate preparation of the painting surface.
