I restored it to be sturdy, almost like new, and added a patterned glass mosaic tile (Sicis tile from Italy) along with new floor glides. The tile is grouted and sealed. Their is a history of Arts & Crafts, Stickley, and Mission style pieces with tile tops that I think this piece reflects. While this table would look great anywhere, I think it would especially look amazing in a glass porch room or other garden type space. This is now a custom, one of kind design that is truly unique.
