An antique etching titled “Plate 34: Statue of a Woman, usually called a Vestal Virgin,” after Jan de Bisschop (1628–1671), from his renowned 1668 series Signorum Veterum Icones, which documented classical sculpture for artists of the Dutch Golden Age.
