The long, curved arm allows the light to extend over a space without needing overhead wiring. The lamp fits into a bracket that can be affixed to a wall, furniture, or other object. The chrome ball-shaped shade is a hallmark of Sonneman's style. The shade can be adjusted to direct light where needed. The interior of the shade is painted white to promote illumination. Sonneman was an influential American lighting designer in the 1960's and 1970's for his innovative use of geometric shapes and chrome finishes. Dimensions: 20" H X 21" W X 7" D.
