Nice vintage copy of the General Electrics Refrigerator Recipes and Menus from 1927, a fifth edition printing. This small volume is in good condition, and clean. I did note separation between the cover and front pages as pictured, but the pages are intact. Nice household hints verbiage and an insightful look at the culinary mores of the refrigerated class from a century ago.
