Great for stacking when you need more open space in the room and easy to unstack when you have guests. Perfect for those who require versatility in their space. Priced as a set of five (5).

Unique provenance on this set - as it was ordered by David Law who worked with Vignelli Associates and participated in many of the designs they created for Knoll and Acerbis including the Serenissimo Table. Per the labels on each of the five chairs in this set, they were ordered by David Law for Vignelli Associates main office at 475 Tenth Ave in New York indicating these were used in their offices. Interestingly, Brooklyn Museum had a set on display that looks to be this set potentially (see photos) - David or the Vignellis may have donated them to the Brooklyn Museum which later decommissioned the display.

The red-on-black colorway perfectly encapsulates the Post-Modern movement of the 1980s and early 1990's. This set produced circa 1992 and labelled underneath the seats. Ideal collector's examples or consider using in a boutique hotel or restaurant / cafe.

CONDITION:
Overall good vintage condition with light wear varying on each chair including scratches, scuffs and fading commensurate with age and moderate use. One chair has heavier fading as can be seen in photos. Legs have some oxidation (rust). Some greater scuffs /nicks at the points where the chairs touch when stacked. Ready to be used immediately in a vintage acceptable setting. See less
