RARE Vtg 3 pc SET Dutch Tea Brocade Carriage Caddy a Teapot & Metal Footed Cozy
Very, very good condition. Fabric in great shape, some dust, dirt. Metal is very good condition & Teapot no chips cracks or crazing, some staining. Carriage is 11" high x 12.5" wide x 8" deep. See photos and description for more.

Overview
For sale is a complete, authentic vintage "Carriage Cozy" (also known in Dutch as a theemuts or theebeurs) tea set, made in Holland. This unique set was historically used to safely transport and insulate a teapot for travel, such as on a carriage or for outdoor picnics.
Condition
Teapot: Very good vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing however some tea staining noted inside the ceramic body. Marked "Made in Holland" on the base.
Metal Cozy: very very good condition. Features a footed design to protect surfaces and a high-shine finish (chrome).
Carrying Case: Very good condition. The exterior features a beautiful, intact gold-toned brocade fabric. The integrated metal (brass) handle and clasp are fully functional. The interior shows minor dust and light vintage wear consistent with age, but no structural damage.

Provenance: Authentic Dutch craftsmanship, marked "Made in Holland " on the teapot,
Materials: Quilted gold brocade fabric exterior, metal frame/hardware, and ceramic teapot with a specialized inner metal insulation shell.
Functionality: Designed to keep tea hot for several hours while providing a sturdy way to carry the pot between rooms or on outings.
