This unique piece embodies the American Studio Craft movement, showcasing Lauterbach's signature style of organic, curvaceous forms that seamlessly blend function with decorative allure. Hand-carved from solid wood and stack-laminated into a seductive shape, this table is a testament to Lauterbach's craftsmanship and technical skill.

The whimsical design features an intricate network of circular openings, highlighting its artistic complexity and visual appeal. Topped with inset glass, the table enhances its organic charm while maintaining an all-wood construction.

Through correspondence with Craig Lauterbach, he confirmed that only approximately 25 of this design was made by himself, from the mid 1970s to the mid 1980s.

H 15.5" x W 49.25" x D 25.5"

CONDITION:
Glass is slightly raised on one side which causes a very slight wobble (to the glass) when pressure is applied. New glass can be made and the slight wobble can be corrected. Some slight lacquer loss in areas directly underneath the glass where the glass sits and touches the table. Some minor scratches. Overall very attractive and ready for immediate use. See less
