The lamp features a slender cylindrical standard rising from a weighted rectangular plinth base. The column has a bent horizontal arm, and a softly arched rectangular hooded shade to direct light downwards. The warm antiqued brass surface has a beautiful naturally developed patina, with a soft attractive mottling and oxidation, giving the piece an authentic aged depth. The subtle small dimmer switch is located under the shade. The elegant and versatile mid-century lamp works equally well in a study, library, living room, or bedroom. The articulated arm adjusts from 39.5 inches tall to an impressive 60 inches tall.
