The oval form is flanked by ring handles and adorned with a continuous repoussé frieze of grape clusters and vine leaves, a classic motif referencing the heritage of French winemaking. The front is engraved with the Moët & Chandon name and crowned emblem, along with “Fondé en 1743,” linking the piece directly to one of France’s most prestigious Champagne houses, long associated with luxury, celebration, and refined entertaining.
The interior retains its original removable insert, allowing for proper positioning and cooling of bottles while separating meltwater below, a thoughtful and practical feature rarely preserved.
