This vibrant hand-painted Chinese porcelain bowl brings elegant Chinoiserie charm to any interior. Likely dating from the mid-20th century or earlier, it features the classic "Famille Rose" pallet - Soft Pinks, greens, blues and reds -with intricate polychrome enamels.
The exterior is beautifully decorated with continuous narrative panels depicting traditional Chinese figures (women and children in elegant attire) inside ornate pavilion and courtyard scenes. Delicate architectural details, lattice screens, tiled floors, and floral borders frame each vignette.
