Charming vintage Raku pottery bear attributed to Tony Evans, featuring a beautifully hand-sculpted, rounded form with a seated pose and softly abstracted details. The surface displays a rich, iridescent metallic glaze with deep earthy tones of bronze, copper, and green, characteristic of Evans’ signature Raku firing technique. This piece showcases organic textures and a one-of-a-kind finish, making it a striking decorative accent for collectors of studio ceramics or mid-century modern art pottery. Please note, no signature is present. Many of these pieces were originally signed on the felt base underside, and this example does not retain that felt, therefore the signature is not present.
