It has Documented French Hallmarks that Include the Silver Guarantee "Minerva Head - 1st Standard " ( Denoted by a 1 Next to the Head on Both Inner Perimeter and Handle ) Confirming its 950 Grade ( 950/1000 Pure Silver ) - Solid High Grade Sterling Silver Content. It is Also Signed by the Documented Maker ( Diamond Shape Hallmark on Top Handle ) "BOULENGER" With a Crescent Moon in Business From 1876 to 1899 at 4 Rue du Vert-Bois Paris. ?. It has a Substantial Solid High Grade Sterling Silver Weight of Approx 67.42 Grams / 2.167 Troy Ounces. It has Fancy ( Most Likely Original Owners ) Hand Engraved C M Monograms on Handle.
