A sculptural set of three brass candle holders designed and produced by Los Castillo in Taxco, Mexico, one of the most influential workshops associated with the celebrated Taxco silver and metalwork movement.
Each candlestick is formed as a stylized leaf motif base, supporting a minimalist cylindrical candle socket. The organic leaf form creates a subtle sense of movement and gives the pieces a distinctly Mexican modern design aesthetic, blending sculptural elegance with functional design.
Executed in solid polished brass, the candle holders display a warm golden tone that pairs beautifully with both contemporary and mid-century interiors. Their compact scale allows them to be used in a variety of decorative compositions.
The underside of each piece retains the original hallmark:
Los Castillo – Taxco – Hecho en Mexico – #287
confirming their production in the renowned Los Castillo workshop, one of the most respected names in the history of Taxco metalwork.
These pieces work beautifully for interior designers as accents on:
• coffee tables
• dining table centerpieces
• console tables
• shelves or bookcases
• bar styling vignettes
Their sculptural silhouette and warm brass finish make them ideal for interiors incorporating mid-century modern, Mexican modern, coastal, or Palm Beach design aesthetics.
