This vintage Set of wide-bottom mugs are spill-proof. They were specifically designed for use on boats, featuring a low center of gravity and a non-skid base to remain stable on a rocking ship.
The ceramic stoneware mug has a tapered shape and heavy, wide base to prevent tipping, while the narrowed neck helps contain liquids during movement.
The morif designs shown are an anchor, powerboat, compass rose, and marlin. These are classic maritime themes.
Measures 3.75” tall with a bottom diameter of 4.5”. Holds 12 ounces of fluid.
The top rim has an opening if 2.25” in diameter.
