CONDITION | STAGING, BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION

Manufactured between 11/25 and 1/26 (two date tags on chair), this piece was used for upscale staging and presents beautifully.

The leather is clean and supple, with a rich, natural patina. The frame is solid, and the swivel mechanism functions smoothly.

There are a couple of minor, cosmetic areas to note:

A small area of light leather rubbing below the arm, consistent with handling and staging use
A faint, circular impression on the arm (likely from temporary surface pressure), which is subtle and expected to continue blending into the leather over time

Both areas are minor, do not impact performance, and are consistent with the nature of genuine leather, which will continue to soften and develop character with use.

Overall, the chair presents exceptionally well and is fully placement-ready.
