The ladle is part of the conchology or nautilus service and the bowl of the ladle is in the form of a scallop sea shell pierced for staining liquid when serving. The handle is in the form of naturalistic coral. Small size - measures 6 1/4" long x 2 1/4" wide. There is an old repair at the base of the handle where it attaches to the shell bowl. See less
