A shoe in for the booty award, is it modern art, a cobbler of the year award or...whichever, this solid brass on painted oak base shoeshine stand will make a fun statement in your home. It's a conversation starter as you explain the midcentury abstract modern art sculpture's fine details while your guests wonder if you know it's function. And it's a great way to practice your straight face while mentioning the exquisite simplicity of the flowing, organic duck-like lines of modernism.
Blending in perfectly with other fine statuary, Oscars, Golden Globes, BAFTAs, it takes brass ones to show this one off in the home.
Also still functions as a shoe shine stand when needed. Can be polished bright brass if desired.
