A very unusual Art Deco ornate desk, richly carved with Art Deco and Art Nouveau ornamentation, originally from the estate of a Berlin manufacturer, circa 1920-1930.
The desk is in good, unrestored condition with its original patina. There are two minor, older repairs to the tabletop (see detailed photos). The table is firmly glued and shows slight signs of age-related wear, including only tiny wood chips and minor imperfections in the carvings (see detailed photos).
We have only cleaned and lightly polished the desk.
Very high-quality and sturdy construction, very good overall condition, firmly glued – nothing wobbles, beautiful antique patina.
Keys for the drawers are included.
