This antique solid oak table appears to be a late 19th or early 20th century (1880-1910) revival side or tavern table, in the William and Mary style. It features a planked top, a single frieze drawer, adorned with batwing-style escutcheons and drop pulls. The apron beneath the drawer is scalloped. The legs are baluster-turned that sit on bun feet, joined by an x-shaped stretcher topped with a finial. The drawer joinery indicates is was hand-cut, so it's likely to date to the late 1800s. It has a gorgeous finish that allows the oak grain to shine!

There are minor indentation marks on the top (see photos) that only discernable upon close inspection, as they have been expertly refinished. There is virtually no scuffing. Outstanding piece! less
