Minimalist pendant lamp by the danish manufacturer lys, designed by asger bay christiansen in the 1960s.
a functional design. A simple pendant lamp reduced to the essentials. Pure scandinavian minimalism. The lamp body consists only of the ceramic socket on the base plate and a reflector ring suspended from three thin struts. The ring conceals the filament of the bulb, thus preventing direct glare. The light is reflected from the inside of the ring and the base plate.
the lamp is in very good condition with signs of use and patina. This piece has an attribution mark,
