The design centers on a round mirrored top framed by a black églomisé-style border decorated with a continuous gilt looped motif, set within a warm gilt-edged surround that reads as a slender gallery from above. Beneath the top, scrolling iron brackets form an encircling frieze punctuated by rosette-like appliqués, while the base resolves into four vertical supports fitted with diamond lattice panels, each crowned with a small stylized floral finial and terminated in turned, adjustable foot elements that give the piece a deliberately “salon” character.
