Artisan rectangular frame surrounding an old, probably original lightly-wavy mirror plate.
Mid 19th century.
15 1/2" x 13 1/2" mirror sight, 19 1/4" x 17 1/4" full scale.
Amazing orange / gold / butterscotch /caramel / chocolate color way which makes Tiger Maple so beguiling.
Feels very strong and well-joined. Bright and lovely for sure. And the mirror plate is very clean - cleaner than most we can recall.
