Frank Doener had an eye for design and a skill for working with metal that shows in this beautifully made chair. Doerner immigrated to Canada in 1920 and started the Waterloo Metal Co., they manufactured a whole host of metal items including golf clubs, TV antennas, fishing poles and even auto parts. During the 1940's and 50's they began making office furniture and office chairs.
This chair was built in the 1970's and is in astoundingly, amazing condition!! Original citron colored vinyl is in PERFECT condition! The chrome arms and base are completely intact without any imperfections or flaking.
