This rare … Read more Exhibition poster for Bonnefantenmuseum, Maastricht, 1982. Printed by Crouzen Maastricht, a company well known in Maastricht and surrounding. This rare exhibition poster was produced for the landmark 1982 exhibition dedicated to Dom Hans van der Laan, one of the central figures of the Bossche School movement. The show, titled Architectuur Modellen en Meubels, presented an overview of his architectural vision through furniture, models, and theoretical works. The poster features a striking geometric composition printed on thick, high-quality paper. The graphic design reflects the proportional clarity and architectural precision so closely associated with van der Laan’s work. The designer of the graphics remains unknown, but the same composition was used for the cover of the accompanying exhibition book, creating a strong visual identity for the presentation. Only a small number of these posters have surfaced over the years, making this a particularly rare find for collectors and institutions interested in the history of the Bossche School. This example is preserved in excellent condition and presented in a newly made floating frame, allowing the poster to be appreciated as a design object in its own right.
