A distinctive postmodern design in which lighting and furniture are combined into a single elegant object. The table features a round glass top resting on a tapered plastic base with the light source subtly integrated inside. When illuminated, the light diffuses through the conical form, creating a warm glow beneath the glass top. The base stands on a circular chrome plate that adds a light and modern presence to the design. The combination of glass, chrome and plastic gives the piece a clear and slightly futuristic character typical of postmodern Italian design from the 1980s, while functioning both as a side table and as atmospheric lighting.
