floor lamp designed by verner panton and produced by louis poulsen in denmark. The panthella model was introduced in the early 1970s and is widely recognised as one of panton’s most well-known lighting designs.

the lamp reflects panton’s exploration of organic forms and indirect light. The dome-shaped shade functions as a reflector, directing the light downwards into the trumpet-shaped base and creating a soft and evenly distributed illumination.

the construction is executed in lacquered metal and plastic. This example features the characteristic push-button switch integrated in the base.

presented in typical vintage condition with light age-related patina. The shade shows minor signs of use consistent with age.
