This piece is in very good overall condition for its approximately 60 year age. There is wear to the black paint on the frame in spots; otherwise, it is in good, usable shape. Except for a half inch scratch on the right side, toward the bottom, the glass is free of damage, and the red mat piece is fine, save for a little waviness. The artwork itself is fine. There is light discoloration at the top border to the left of the right tree and on the top, center limb; otherwise, all is in good condition and looks nice overall. All of the paper is intact, and the glossy pieces have a nice sheen. The backing board is showing its age some on one side and is very good on the other, and the gallery cord is ready to be put to use. Please see the pictures for further details.
