SALVATORE EMBLEMA (ITALIAN, 1929-2006).
An original Salvatore Emblema raw pigment on jute painting in its original black wood frame.

The painting showcases two figures that are in front of an ornate door. We love the movement of the figures in this piece.

Painted on jute which was a preferred medium for the artist as the jute allowed light from within the space to reflect through the cloth.

Signed and dated on the upper right corner.
In good condition.
Frame has its original black finish with some wear.
Framed behind glass.
