Striking 1996 hand-carved marble abstract sculpture by artist Benait Menashe. This organic modern piece features a fluid, sculptural form with softly rounded contours and a reclining, biomorphic silhouette that evokes the human figure. The richly patterned marble displays beautiful natural veining and earthy tones of rust, cream, ochre, and warm brown, giving the piece depth and movement from every angle. Signed and dated “Benait Menashe 96” along the base. A compelling decorative sculpture that works beautifully as a centerpiece on a console, shelf, or pedestal in modern, contemporary, or organic interiors.
