Greer came to the meetup in a Bohemian, hippie inspired costume that perfectly fitted her devil-may -care attitude and style. She a modern woman with a tattoo, of course, and a ready-to-take-on-the-world confidence. Her name invokes old Hollywood stardom and she has that charisma about her. The painting is 20" by 16 inches wide. When I was at the frame shop I spotted this slightly distressed, black arty frame with antique gold highlights.
A portrait gives a whole new sensibility to your library, or paneled den. A feeling of old money, even if the portrait is of the rebellious artistic sister, daughter or cousin who ran off to New York and has gone on to be featured in the Art Basel Miami. If you don't like that story, make up one of your own. She's got the looks to make it sound believable.
