It was purchased in Provence by the previous owner who shared that it is not an antique but is definitely vintage. The iconic green glaze associated with a gargoulette is formulated using copper, locally sourced materials and specialized firing techniques. This jug stands 12 inches tall and 10 inches wide. It features a rounded body, carrying handles on the top and side, a spout and a lid. It is in excellent condition with the exception of some minor "flea bites" on the spout, rim and handle. The green color is exceptionally beautiful. See less
