Fabulous Vintage Peterboro Woven Basket.
Featuring gorgeous braided leather handles, brass brads and a removable lid. Decorative design band of 3/4” in russet brown and green against a warm tan woven base. all in American White Ash wood.
The top is angled for easy access, providing a unique profile. Includes a fitted plastic liner with Peterboro logo and markings. Large capacity.
Very handsome materials. Functional and beautiful handmade piece. Made in New Hampshire by Peterboro Basket Co. est in 1854.
Measuring 12”w x 10”d x 12”h.
(Front of basket, which angles down from the back is 9.75”h)
