A fine antique German porcelain bordeleau or chamber pot.
By Meissen.
Dating to the Marcolini period.
Decorated throughout with cold-painted Streublumen floral sprays. The lid with a twisted rocallie Rococo finial. The body a turned wooden handle on a gilt bronze ferrule.
Marked to the base.
Simply a wonderful piece of antique Meissen porcelain!

Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
Condition Details:
There are some losses to the enamel decoration throughout and some rubbing to the gilding (particularly around the rim). There is some loss to the base of one side of the twist finial with a rough edge you can feel, and there is some typical, light checking (or splits from drying) in the handle. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
