It is of a lone figure silently looking out over the water to a village while covering himself with an umbrella as snow falls. This is done with varying shades of blues and grays. Framed in a gilded faux bamboo and ready to hang. It is signed in the lower right and in the style of Utagawa Heroshige. See less
