Made of warm French walnut, this piece features a serpentine front and 3 deep drawers with raised panels on the drawer fronts. An outstanding feature of this chest is the beautifully aged patina and the original, ornate drawer pulls and key-holes. See photos of the drawer construction, entirely handmade-made.
The scalloped marble top is a blend of ox blood red and white with lots of interesting veins throughout. The white lines you see are not cracks. This marble slab has no breaks or repairs. This is a fine, quality piece that will add a true aesthetic to any room. Because of its age, this piece shows normal wear. See less
