Stunning pair of polished brass wall lights/sconces designed by the famous Swedish designer Hans-Agne Jakobsson and produced by his company Hans-Agne Jakobsson in Markaryd (Sweden, 1960s). Model V-324. Adjustable bracket, allowing directional light where needed. A clean and minimalist Swedish mid-century modern design classic. Both wall lights are labelled.
Rewired and ready to use. Each wall light requires 1x E12 light bulb, max 40 W. LED compatible. Corded, European wiring (can be rewired or hardwired if desired). Height: 7.8''; width (cup diameter): 3.9''; depth (from wall): 7.5''. Excellent vintage condition. Light wear and patina consistent with age and use.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior designer, who ran his own company. He was especially famous for his lighting designs, which were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such Alvar Aalto and Poul Henningsen.
