Dating from the early 1900’s, this mirror is in the style of Louis XVI, and features a beautifully carved crest with a shell motif and garlands cascading down the side. The original mercury glass mirror is intact with normal signs of age (see photo). There is decorative beading around the parameter of the mirror. In spite of its age, this piece is in very good condition, and the gold-leafing is very well preserved. Highly decorative and very elegant, this mirror will make a statement in your home. See less
