A striking and substantial hand-blown Polish art glass vase from Studio A by Global Views, showcasing the brand’s signature quilted motif in a luminous layered blue.
Expertly crafted in Poland, this piece features thick, sculptural glass with dimensional diamond patterning encased within fluid, organic contours. The interplay of clear and blue glass creates depth and movement, catching and refracting light beautifully from every angle.
The form is both architectural and artistic—equally compelling as a standalone statement object or styled with florals. Its weight and clarity speak to the high level of craftsmanship associated with Studio A’s artisan glassworks.
A sophisticated decorative object that bridges modern design with traditional glassmaking techniques.
Very good vintage condition.
A small, minor chip is present along the lower edge at a natural convergence point in the molded pattern (see close-up photos). This area visually blends into the sculptural form and is difficult to detect in normal display.
There is also a localized internal textural effect near the base that may read as a subtle crackle or stress pattern within the glass. This is fully encased within the glass, does not reach the surface, and is stable, consistent with occasional irregularities found in thick, hand-blown art glass.
Light surface wear throughout consistent with age and handling, including surface scratches to the underside/base from use, not visible when displayed.
