A small but heavy cast iron elephant bookend with a deep red finish.
The size is smaller than many elephant bookends, but still quite heavy. It has a deep and realistic casting. The base is flat with no felt. The number “5” cast into the back near the base. There are no other marks or labels.
MEASUREMENTS
3 ¾ in (9.5 cm) wide x 1 ½ in (3.8 cm) deep x 3 ½ in (8.9 cm) tall. Weighs 1 lb 0.4 oz.
CONDITION
There are no breaks, chips, cracks, or dents. There is wear to the red patina in many areas. It has no felt on the base.
