The intricate design on the doors is inspired by the coffered wood ceilings found in the historic Havelis (mansions) of Rajasthan. Just as those ceilings were designed to draw the eye upward in awe, this buffet draws the eye in with its meditative, floral pattern. Crafted from solid reclaimed teak, this 42-inch cabinet features two doors arranged in a classic "coffered" grid. Inside each square frame sits a hand-carved Lotus Flower in full bloom—a timeless symbol of purity and rebirth. The wood has an unfinished in a warm, natural tone, highlighting the grain and giving the piece a modern, organic warmth.
