This is a stunning antique Pembroke drop-leaf end table, exhibiting classic Federal or Sheraton design characteristics. With its refined proportions, beautiful wood grain, and delicate inlay work, it functions perfectly as a versatile side table, nightstand, or accent piece.
Design & Materials: The table is crafted from mahogany, boasting a spectacular "flame" or "crotch" mahogany grain pattern on the main tabletop and leaves. It features elegant, light-wood string inlay detailing bordering the drawer face and running down the legs.
Features: Includes two drop-down side leaves supported by pivoting wooden underside brackets. It offers one functional drawer equipped with a center keyhole (key not included) and round brass ring-pull hardware.
Base: The table rests on four classic square tapered legs that terminate in brass cup casters (wheels).
