This is a stunning piece of art! The entirety of the piece is decorated with hand-carving for design splendor.

The top has a hand carved patterned border, following down to the same feel for hand carved sides. The patterns are geometric and are balanced and fill the space nicely. On the front, however, the carver has made a charming masterpiece! The drawer fronts are covered in stippled backgrounds and have branches and leaves trailing across them. this is such a wonderful piece of folk art carving! The case is raised on bracket feet, which are also decorated with hand carving. This piece was made for someone very special with all of the work that went into making it.
