Exquisite and rare Napoleon III period walnut desk that converts into a games table.
This charming little writing desk is covered in tan leather and features a small cylinder drawer at the top. The top lifts to reveal a storage compartment. The writing section can also be removed to create a games table with a green felt surface.
It has a drawer in the frieze.
It rests on very elegant curved legs ending in bronze mounts.
Superb patina and in perfect condition.
