This is a genuine 19th-century Japanese woodblock print from the "Toba-e Man-no-kotobuki" series. It features a whimsical, satirical scene in the classic Toba-e stylefamed for its "long-limbed" characters and humorous depictions of daily life. This style was a significant precursor to modern manga.
