This low stone table is shaped from a captivating material known as greenery stone, named for its naturally occurring patterns suggestive of trees, grasses and other plantlike forms. The contrasting shades of green result from a conglomerate mix of jadeite, moss agate, serpentine and other minerals.
Following its natural contours, the solid stone block has been polished to a biomorphic shape with smooth contours. In the spirit of Chinese garden drums, the stone brings the beauty of nature indoors as a sculptural stool, pedestal or side table.
