Up for sale is a beautiful reproduction of a Roman portrait head, modeled after a piece from the Flavian/Trajanic period (c. 96–100 AD). It features the iconic, elaborate "honeycomb" hairstyle worn by aristocratic women of that era.
Please note that there is some intentional "wear" to the nose and chin to mimic the weathered look of an ancient artifact. I’ve tried to capture this clearly in the photos. It is a solid, sturdy material (likely plaster or cast stone) with a soft, matte finish. It comes mounted on a simple square display base.
